Captivating Insights, LLC will provide virtual life-coaching services. Services include:

• One (1) free 40-minute Discovery visit
• Two (2) one-hour virtual coaching sessions per client each month
• Personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s goals
• Progress tracking and session documentation
• All sessions will be conducted virtually

Confidentiality

I will honor the confidentiality of everything discussed with all Clients, unless I feel that they are a danger to themself or anyone else. In addition, I will not divulge that we are in a coaching relationship without permission. (see ICF Code of Ethics)
